Customers have a 60-day window from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible for a full reimbursement, the device must be in its original working condition and returned in all original packaging.

Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping details. Returns sent without a valid RMA cannot be accepted by our warehouse.
Once we receive and inspect your unit, we will send a notification. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most banks process these credits within 5 to 10 business days.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any initial shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.
